I told you last week I have set myself a fitness challenge to cycle 100km in a charity race. Each Thursday I am bring you a short episode to keep you in the loop of the reality of committing to your goal.
It is so easy to see the rose tinted glasses snap shot view of people completing an event like this but what they dont show you is the hours of dedication and effort they had to put in to get there!
I hope this episode inspires you to push outside of your comfort zone and do something that you havent done before and I know I am on this journey with you too!
