Fitness challenge update | Stay on track when your routine changes | Cycle syncing your workouts for your current phase

A quick update on the fitness challenge and how I stayed on track with my fitness when my routine changed as Chloe was on holiday from school.
I also touch on how to use your cycle phase to better inform you of the type of workouts you should be doing in each phase and how you can plan that into the workouts.
