I’m SJ, a women’s fitness and Canicross coach, and together with my dog buddies, I’m here to guide you through everything from getting started on the trails to staying motivated on the tough days.

Hey friend!
I told you last week I have set myself a fitness challenge to cycle 100km in a charity race. Each Thursday I am bring you a short episode to keep you in the loop of the reality of committing to your goal.
It is so easy to see the rose tinted glasses snap shot view of people completing an event like this but what they dont show you is the hours of dedication and effort they had to put in to get there!

The world feels like a crazy place right now and it seems like there is so much stress and sadness around. during periods of stress it can be easy to fall off track with your health and weight loss goals.
Or you might be new to health and fitness and are you starting to think about summer?
Spring is slowly creeping in and it is a time when I find myself looking at. my wardrobe and start moving clothes around and thinking about digging out some summer clothes.
With the lighter days and many people giving up foods for advent it often gets us thinking about weight loss so that we can get into those denim shorts and feel confident in our swim suits.
